We are proficient in developing and delivering business support in both one-to-one and one-to-many formats. Our operation is fully compliant with project administration directives e.g. UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
When organising a procurement tender or RFQ, public sector organisations and local authorities will all have different focuses and budgets. Whatever the scope of works, (e.g. mentoring, consulting or workshop delivery), we work closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges and aspirations. Our RFQ responses are timely and clear and we are registered and compliant with various procurement applications and platforms for tender processing.
The Consortium leads by experience. Our business support and training programmes derive from years of determining what works, and sometimes more importantly, what doesn’t work.
The Consortium members work within specialisms to ensure a high-quality delivery, exceeding prescribed KPIs.
